Founder | Certified Massage Therapist | Corrective Exercise Specialist | Performance Recovery Specialist

Christopher Chin

Christopher Chin is the founder of Revive Sports Medicine and a performance focused massage therapist helping people reduce pain, restore movement and feel more confident in their bodies.

With experience working in a physical therapy clinic and firsthand knowledge as a competitive powerlifter, Christopher brings an anatomy driven and movement focused approach to every session. His treatments may combine targeted massage therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue work and corrective movement based on each client’s individual needs.

Christopher works with competitive athletes, recreational lifters, golfers, working professionals, parents, seniors and everyday people dealing with pain, stiffness or limited mobility. You don’t have to be an athlete to receive athlete level care.

Every session is customized around your body, lifestyle and goals whether you want to return to training, move more comfortably at work, stay active as you age or simply get through daily life with less pain and restriction.

Services

Revive Sports Medicine provides performance driven, hands on care for active individuals who want to move better, recover faster, and train without limitations.

Our approach blends manual therapy, soft tissue work, and movement based techniques to address the root causes of pain, stiffness, and compensation not just symptoms. Every session is individualized and built around how your body moves, trains, and performs.

Whether you’re lifting, competing, training, or simply trying to stay active, our goal is to restore efficient movement, improve tissue quality, and support long term resilience so you can perform at a high level with confidence.

  • Hands on treatment focused on improving tissue quality, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are tailored to the individual and designed to restore movement efficiency, reduce pain, and support long term performance and recovery.

  • Targeted massage designed for active individuals and athletes. Emphasis is placed on areas of overuse, compensation, and restriction to improve recovery between training sessions and optimize performance.

  • A technique used to create space within the tissues, improve blood flow, and reduce fascial restrictions. Commonly applied to areas of stiffness, limited mobility, or chronic tension to support movement and recovery.

  • A focused soft tissue technique used to address adhesions, improve tissue glide, and enhance range of motion. Often integrated with manual therapy and movement to promote lasting results.

  • Guided stretching techniques, including proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), used to improve flexibility, mobility, and neuromuscular control. Ideal for restoring range of motion and improving movement quality.

  • Movement based work designed to reinforce proper mechanics, address imbalances, and improve control through key ranges of motion. This approach helps bridge the gap between treatment and training.

  • Integrated sessions combining manual therapy, soft tissue work, and movement to support recovery, reduce fatigue, and keep the body prepared for consistent training and competition.

  • Targeted acupuncture treatment designed to support pain relief, stress management, recovery, and overall wellness. This service may also include complementary techniques such as cupping, gua sha, or herbal-based support depending on the client’s needs and goals.

  • Individualized strength training built around your goals, training history, movement patterns, and recovery demands. Whether you are a powerlifter, athlete, or simply looking to get stronger, programming is designed to improve performance, build resilience, and keep progress moving with intention.

  • Customized bodybuilding guidance focused on physique development, training structure, and overall presentation. This service is built to help clients improve muscle balance, training quality, and confidence through a more intentional approach to their physique goals.
